Strategi Pengembangan Gereja Perkotaan Berbasis Kelompok Sel di GBI AGAPE Karet-Kuningan

Strategi pengembangan gereja perkotaan harus mempertimbangkan dinamika unik kelompok sel, yang mendorong komunitas dan pertumbuhan spiritual di antara jemaat. Pengembangan strategi yang efektif juga memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan dan harapan anggota kelompok sel untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan iman. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pendekatan yang dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterlibatan anggota dalam kelompok sel, serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan gereja secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini juga akan mengeksplorasi berbagai model kelompok sel yang telah berhasil diimplementasikan di gereja-gereja lain sebagai referensi untuk pengembangan di GBI AGAPE. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk pengembangan kelompok sel yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
