Model Pengembangan Gereja Inklusif berbasis Digital : Studi Kasus Peran Generasi Z dalam Inovasi Pelayanan di Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam peran krusial Generasi Z sebagai inovator utama yang secara aktif membentuk model pengembangan gereja baru di Indonesia. Berfokus pada prinsip digital dan inklusivitas, Dengan menerapkan metode studi literatur kualitatif, penelitian ini secara cermat menjabarkan berbagai sumber akademis dan teoretis untuk membangun sebuah argumen yang koheren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan jelas bahwa kapabilitas bawaan Generasi Z sebagai digital natives menjadi fondasi bagi kreativitas mereka. Melalui penciptaan konten visual yang relevan dan pengembangan format ibadah hybrid yang fleksibel, mereka telah secara efektif menggeser paradigma pelayanan gereja menjadi lebih dialogis, partisipatif, dan interaktif. Pergeseran ini melahirkan konsep networked church yang merobohkan batasan-batasan konvensional, baik secara fisik, generasional, maupun sosial-emosional. Meski dihadapkan pada risiko spiritualitas dangkal, penelitian ini menyimpulkan peran Generasi Z tetap krusial dalam mendorong gereja menjadi lebih otentik dan relevan di era digital.
