Transformasi Pelayanan Gereja dalam Era Digital: Studi Kasus di GBI Gradasi Bekasi

Kemajuan teknologi digital turut memengaruhi praktik pelayanan gereja, termasuk di Gereja Bethel Indonesia (GBI) Gradasi Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi strategi adaptasi pelayanan gereja dalam menghadapi arus digitalisasi serta implikasinya terhadap efektivitas pelayanan dan tingkat keterlibatan jemaat. Fokus utama kajian ini ialah bagaimana gereja mengintegrasikan teknologi digital tanpa mengesampingkan nilai spiritual dan ikatan komunitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif melalui studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi kegiatan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GBI Gradasi berhasil menerapkan inovasi digital melalui media sosial, ibadah daring, dan platform komunikasi virtual, yang berdampak positif pada keterlibatan jemaat, khususnya generasi muda. Meski demikian, tantangan tetap muncul, seperti menjaga kualitas spiritualitas dan kesiapan digital internal. Disarankan pengembangan model pelayanan hibrida yang sinergis antara pendekatan daring dan luring.
