Analisis Efektivitas Organisasi Internasional dalam Perspektif Administrasi Publik Global dengan Menggunakan Studi Literatur

Organisasi Internasional (OI) saat ini menghadapi tantangan kompleksitas dalam mengelola isu global lintas batas yang menuntut efektivitas administratif yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas organisasi internasional melalui lensa administrasi publik global dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis protokol PRISMA. Analisis dilakukan terhadap literatur bereputasi dalam rentang waktu 2010-2025 untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu kinerja OI. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas OI tidak lagi hanya ditentukan oleh struktur hierarkis formal, melainkan oleh fleksibilitas kelembagaan dan kemampuan orkestrasi dalam jaringan tata kelola global yang melibatkan aktor negara dan non-negara. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa transformasi OI menjadi aktor yang adaptif dan berbasis jaringan menjadi kunci dalam menghadapi dinamika krisis global di masa depan.
