Analisis Komprehensif Fintech Syariah di Indonesia: Prinsip, Regulasi, dan Tantangan Pengembangannya

Perkembangan financial technology (fintech) telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam sektor keuangan, termasuk di Indonesia. Seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat Muslim terhadap layanan keuangan yang sesuai prinsip Islam, muncul fintech syariah sebagai solusi yang mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dengan nilai-nilai syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengertian fintech syariah, prinsip dan karakteristiknya, regulasi di Indonesia, implementasi, serta tantangan dan upaya pengembangannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber terkait regulasi dan praktik fintech syariah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa fintech syariah beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip bebas riba, gharar, dan maysir, serta menggunakan akad-akad syariah seperti mudharabah, musyarakah, dan murabahah. Regulasi fintech syariah di Indonesia melibatkan peran penting Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), dan Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) dalam menjaga kepatuhan syariah dan stabilitas sistem keuangan. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan, fintech syariah masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti rendahnya literasi masyarakat, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, serta regulasi yang belum sepenuhnya adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antar lembaga, peningkatan literasi, serta penguatan regulasi untuk mendorong pengembangan fintech syariah yang berkelanjutan dan memberikan manfaat bagi Masyarakat
