Abstract

Revolusi digital telah merestrukturisasi lanskap keuangan global secara mendasar, menciptakan peluang luar biasa bagi ekspansi pasar modal syariah. Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan pasar modal syariah di era digital, dengan fokus pada hubungan sinergis antara teknologi keuangan syariah (fintech), peluang investasi halal, dan perilaku investasi generasi muda (Milenial dan Generasi Z) di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan kerangka analisis tematik berbasis tinjauan literatur sistematis, penelitian ini mengandalkan 30 artikel terindeks Scopus yang diterbitkan antara 2017 hingga 2026 bersama laporan resmi OJK, BEI, dan DSN-MUI. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa inovasi fintech syariah mencakup blockchain, kecerdasan buatan, peer-to-peer lending, dan pembayaran mobile secara substansial meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, transparansi, dan inklusi keuangan dalam pasar yang sesuai syariah. Penelitian ini juga menetapkan bahwa keputusan investasi Generasi Z secara fundamental dibentuk oleh nilai-nilai Islam, religiositas, dan literasi keuangan syariah. Namun demikian, sektor ini menghadapi tantangan struktural signifikan termasuk fragmentasi regulasi, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, rendahnya literasi publik, dan kurangnya inovasi produk. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi sintesis tematik orisinal yang mengintegrasikan transformasi fintech, teori investasi perilaku, dan tata kelola regulasi dalam kerangka pasar modal syariah.
