Perkembangan Regulasi Bank Syariah Digital dan Fintech Syariah di Indonesia

Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan regulasi bank syariah digital dan fintech syariah di Indonesia dalam konteks transformasi keuangan berbasis teknologi yang semakin pesat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif-tematik, kajian ini menganalisis kerangka hukum yang berlaku, tantangan implementasi, serta peluang yang muncul dari konvergensi antara prinsip syariah dan inovasi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi yang ada, meskipun telah mengalami kemajuan signifikan melalui POJK No. 13/2021 dan berbagai regulasi pendukung, masih memerlukan penyempurnaan dalam aspek interoperabilitas, perlindungan konsumen digital, dan standarisasi akad berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sinergi antara Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bank Indonesia, dan Dewan Syariah Nasional menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan ekosistem keuangan syariah digital yang inklusif, kompetitif, dan sesuai prinsip-prinsip Islam. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pengembangan kebijakan berbasis bukti dalam sektor keuangan syariah digital Indonesia.
