Transformasi Digital: Solusi Inklusi Keuangan Pegadaian Syariah di Indonesia

Kesenjangan inklusi keuangan di Indonesia, terutama di wilayah perdesaan, merupakan tantangan struktural yang signifikan, yang diperparah oleh resistensi masyarakat terhadap sistem keuangan konvensional karena kekhawatiran terhadap praktik riba, gharar, dan maysir. Pegadaian Syariah hadir sebagai solusi inklusif melalui skema rahn (gadai) dan ijarah (’ewa jasa) yang adil dan bebas bunga. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas transformasi digital Pegadaian Syariah melalui peluncuran aplikasi "Tring! by Pegadaian” pada Desember 2025 sebagai langkah modernisasi layanan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi bagaimana integrasi infrastruktur backend (S’-WAN) dan antarmuka aplikasi dapat mengatasi hambatan geografis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, namun masih terhambat oleh rendahnya literasi digital, kesenjangan infrastruktur, dan risiko keamanan data. Studi ini merumuskan rencana aksi strategis yang mencakup edukasi literasi keuangan digital berbasis komunitas, optimalisasi teknis aplikasi, dan penguatan tata kelola kepatuhan syariah (techno-fiqh). Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah mengintegrasikan teori penerimaan teknologi dengan etika syariah guna mendesain produk keuangan inklusif bagi kelompok marginal.
