Abstract

Pertumbuhan perbankan syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan tren positif dengan total aset mencapai Rp980,30 triliun pada akhir 2024 berdasarkan data Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Namun, pangsa pasar yang masih berada pada kisaran 7–8% menunjukkan bahwa penguatan regulasi dan tata kelola masih menjadi kebutuhan utama untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan ketahanan industri. Artikel ini menganalisis kerangka regulasi dan resiliensi perbankan syariah dalam menghadapi dinamika persaingan, risiko keuangan, serta transformasi digital. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif-tematik terhadap 50 artikel bereputasi Scopus, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepatuhan syariah meningkatkan biaya transaksi dalam jangka pendek, tetapi memperkuat transparansi, reputasi, dan stabilitas dalam jangka panjang. Integrasi standar internasional seperti AAOIFI dan IFSB serta pemanfaatan inovasi digital menjadi faktor penting dalam memperkuat sistem keuangan syariah yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
