Abstrak

Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil masih menjadi masalah gizi serius di Indonesia. Salah satu intervensi untuk menanggulanginya adalah program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan Pemulihan (PMT-P) berbahan lokal. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan program PMT-P pada ibu hamil KEK di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kota Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 20 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek input program didukung tenaga kesehatan, kader, dana, dan sarana, namun masih terkendala transportasi. Pada aspek proses, kegiatan meliputi perencanaan, distribusi bahan pangan lokal, konseling gizi, dan pemantauan. Pada aspek output, program memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kepatuhan konsumsi PMT, pemahaman gizi, serta kenaikan rata-rata LiLA ibu hamil dari 22,8 cm menjadi 24,1 cm. Program PMT-P berbahan lokal terbukti memberi dampak positif bagi perbaikan status gizi ibu hamil KEK. Disarankan adanya penguatan sarana transportasi, peningkatan peran kader, serta keberlanjutan penyediaan pangan lokal
