Penelitian ini berupaya mengeksplorasi adanya hubungan antara keyakinan epistemologis pemimpin serta kesiapan organisasi dalam menghadapi suatu perubahan. Adanya keyakinan epistemologis berdasar pada pandangan individu terkait sifat suatu pengetahuan serta cara memperolehnya, yang menjadi pengaruh penting dalam pengambilan keputusan serta penerapan gaya kepemimpinan. Era disrupsi dan transformasi yang berkembang pesat saat ini, mendorong pemahaman epistemologi yang memberikan pengaruh yang krusial. Artikel konseptual ini mengintegrasikan antara literatur dan psikologi kognitif, kepemimpinan, serta manajemen perubahan dalam mengembangkan kerangka teoritis yang mendeskripsikan mekanisme pengaruh keyakinan epistemologis pemimpin pada kesiapan organisasi dalam perubahan.
