Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Membangun Budaya Kedisiplinan Peserta Didik di MAN Sorong

The principal's leadership plays a very significant role in maintaining and building a culture of discipline in the school environment. This research aims to explore the role of the principal's leadership in building a culture of discipline for students at MAN Sorong. By using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research focuses on reviewing and analyzing data objectively according to data found in the field, then the data collected from the research results is described in the form of words. on the principal's steps or strategies in building a culture of discipline. The data in this research was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the leadership role of the school principal in building student discipline is closely related to communicative, inclusive and visionary abilities, which ultimately have a positive impact on students' disciplinary behavior.
